WE ARE REALTORS
* * * We Pledge Ourselves * * *
To protect the individual right of real estate
ownership and to widen the opportunity to enjoy it;
To be honorable and honest in all dealings;
To seek to better represent our clients by
building our knowledge and competence;
To act fairly toward all in the spirit of the Golden Rule;
To serve well our community, and through it, our country;
To observe the REALTORS(R) Code of Ethics
and conform our conduct to its ideals.
 What initially attracts homebuyers to Northwest Philadelphia and the bordering communities in Montgomery County, are the unique stone houses, the extraordinary parkland, and the vibrant shopping and dining. What keeps them here are the vibrancy and the diversity of the people who live here.
If you are looking to buy or sell in the communities of Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, Roxborough, East Falls, or Manayunk; or the bordering communities in Montgomery County, such as Springfield Township, Whitemarsh, Cheltenham, Flourtown, Erdenheim, Wyndmoor, or Oreland, contact Philadelphia Moves of Louise D'Alessandro and Janice Manzi. We can help you move your dreams forward.

Relocation >Help Your Real Estate Agent
Once your home is listed for sale, it may be difficult for you to step aside and let your agent take over. When prospective buyers arrive, you may want to stand by to point out the closet extenders, the hidden spice cabinet behind the kitchen door, the energy-saving storm windows or the updated copper plumbing. If you really want to help, however, you will leave the house whenever it is being shown!
We have found that the sales process does not really begin until buyers have begun to voice their objections about a property. Sometimes these concerns are serious enough to remove your house from consideration. Often, however, people voice objections as an automatic response when they really love the house and want to buy it. Real estate professionals are trained to know the difference.
If a seller is standing at the agent's elbow, the buyer won't be comfortable enough to allow the process of raising objections take place. If the buyer feels intimidated or suppressed, we could lose the sale. The best way to help is to give your real estate agent room to make the sale.
